VoIPerized is a voice tool that works on the IP to make free calls. To establish a connection you need the other person to be using VoIPerized too.
The program, of open code, works with a Speex audio codec that allows very high audio quality, superior to a normal phone call. The program includes the possibility to make real time conference calls (with no limit to users), support for contacts, an option to accept calls, etc.
